At Bloomers Intimates, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygienic liners and brand tags remain intact for a valid return.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
